Mark Hair

 Executive Director:

Mark Hair is the Founder and Executive Director of 12Comics and has been an avid comic book fan for over 40 years.

At the end of the school year, 12Comics publishes a custom collaborative Biography Book, Comic Book, or Trading Card Game featuring the scholars character and their stories. There is of course one important rule for 12Comics. While all scholars will appear in the collaborative Biography Book, they must maintain specific academic goals in order to qualify for the Trading Card Game and the Comic Book. To qualify the for custom Trading Card Game the scholar must maintain a "C" average an above. A "B" average qualifies the scholar for their own custom Biography Book and straight "A's" qualifies them for their own custom illustrated comic book.

If you're a comic book fan it's basically like Stan Lee (creator of Marvel Comics) coming to my 3rd grade class and saying "If anyone makes straight A's for the entire year then he would put my own created hero in my own Marvel Comic featuring one Marvel Hero of my choice!" Talk about how excited I would've been about going to school! You wouldn't have been able to keep me away."

And that's 12Comics!
