Hydro is an Atlantean citizen living in a secret city near Niagara Falls. Amongst his people his is known as Equon. Son of Toeni an Brijet. Hydro is a rare Atlantean to possess special abilities. He can turn himself into water as well as lowering the temperature of water to below freezing. Hydro cannot survive on land longer than 24 hours. If he remained on land longer than 24 hours he most likely would die of dehydration.
