Our History
In 2004, the 12Comics Learning Support Program was created as a way to merge a literary medium that has impacted generations, with progressive education to produce what we feel is the missing ingredient in traditional education; Motivation!
The primary concern among many parents was that their kids were simply not motivated to learn. The kids had the talent but lacked the inspiration and immediate results that their generation is so used to.
12Comics offers students the opportunity to become published authors and to apply their education with immediate tangible results. Also, in addition to being consumers of their local library or comic book shop, the students become contributors as well. This is the driving force behind 12Comics.
