Twelve Comics reserves the right to change this TOS at any time, without notice to the Customer.

Payments of customer: As a member you agree to pay your established bill on time and in due order each month/year of time of purchase.

Failure to Pay: Twelve Comics may and will deny any service to any member for late and non payment of bill which will ensure a late charge upon seven days beyond appointed day of billing which are required to continue service with Twelve Comics. Once payment is received and you know longer wish to be apart of Twelve Comics Services payment will be refunded with a small fee.

Violation of Terms: Twelve Comics has the right to cancel or deny service of users who violate Terms of Service.

Violations:
*Any user caught hacking or trying to access another members account will be subjugated by all law of New York.
*Any user displaying false information to gain free access to member's only section will be banned from our site and services.
*Any user using harassing, sexual or non appropriate behavior in the forum as well as other areas of our site.
*Any user pretending to be a staff member and/or any other user on our site will be banned from our services as well as or site.

Denying of Service or Cancellation: Twelve Comics reserves the right to deny, cancel or suspend any user of our service if deemed fit by Twelve Comics. If any inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts of that customer will be deactivated until an investigation is complete. Prior notification of deactivation may not be assured to customer. In some cases law enforcement officials may be contacted. Customer will not be funded for time of deactivation.

Twelve Comics reserves the right to change or amend Terms of Service any time. There of all customers must adhere to change of policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate cancellation.

Contact Information: You as a customer must provide Twelve Comics up to date information consisting of but not limited to First and Last name, Mail Address, e-mail and day time phone number. All information will only be used to contact customer and will not be sold to a third-party.
